What we do

Commercial roofing, start to finish

Flat, low-slope and metal systems on warehouses, plants, retail, churches and offices. If the roof can be restored instead of replaced, we will tell you so.

The work

Roofs we have already fixed

Commercial roofs are invisible from the ground. Here is what they look like from above, before and after.

Restoration instead of replacement

Most of the roofs we are called out to look at do not need to be torn off. A Conklin restoration or coating system can add years of service life at a fraction of replacement cost, with no disruption to what happens inside the building.

When a roof genuinely is past saving, we say that too, and we show you the photos that prove it.

Paul Stoltzfus, owner of Meadow Springs Commercial Roofing

I started Meadow Springs in 2023 to do one thing properly: commercial roofing for building owners across eastern Pennsylvania. I had been roofing since 2018 and I wanted a company that used the best materials, answered the phone, and got the job right the first time.

I run the inspections myself. That is why the reviews mention me by name rather than a company name.

So here is my promise. If you are anything but thrilled with the work, call me and I will make it right.

Questions

Commercial roofing questions

How can a business tell if a commercial roof needs repair?
Common warning signs include water stains, bubbling membranes, standing water, loose flashing, rising energy bills, or visible cracks. Interior leaks may appear long after exterior damage begins, so routine inspections matter. Ignoring minor issues lets moisture spread into insulation and decking, which turns a repair into a replacement.
What is the difference between roof repair and roof replacement?
Repair addresses isolated problems: leaks, punctures, seam separation, damaged flashing. Replacement means removing part or all of the current system and installing a new roof. Repair is usually the better value when damage is limited and the roof still has useful life left. Replacement makes sense when the system is aging, repeatedly leaking, or no longer performing.
How often should a commercial roof be inspected?
At least twice a year, usually spring and fall, and after any major storm. Regular inspections catch drainage problems, punctures, seam movement, rust and flashing damage before they become leaks. Buildings with heavy rooftop equipment or frequent foot traffic benefit from more frequent checks.
Why do many businesses choose metal roofing systems?
Metal offers durability, weather resistance and long service life with proper maintenance. Many systems reflect heat, which can help energy efficiency. Panels suit warehouses, offices, retail and industrial sites. An existing metal roof that is rusting or leaking at the fasteners can often be restored with a coating system rather than replaced.
What should a business do if a roof starts leaking suddenly?
Protect equipment, inventory and flooring first. If it is safe, move valuables clear of the leak and contain the water. Do not walk a wet roof without training. Then call us at 610-806-0712. We take emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Getting somebody on it quickly is what limits the damage and the business interruption.
What warranty comes with the work?
Conklin systems carry a manufacturer warranty, and because we are a Preferred Contractor we can offer it on the systems we install. The term depends on the system and the condition of your roof, so we put the specific warranty in writing before you commit to anything. At the end of the term a coating system can typically be recoated to extend it rather than torn off.
